Negotiate Megalux

Below is a summary  of the points we agreed at our recent meeting:

1  1. Length of Contract

  We agree 2 years length  of contract, and then renegotiate.

2  2.  Suite/rooms

   Megalux will provide rooms as follow:

• 1 Platinum suite room for 20 nights per year in all countries.
• 10 Gold standard rooms for 50 nights per year, also in all countries, include Latin America.
• Megalux will transfer to our hotel partner when the amount of rooms do not enough at a certain time. The partner hotel is similar grade to Megalux.
• 15 executive standard rooms for 100 nights per year, in all countries.

3   3. Rates

   The rates for each class is as follow:

• 15% discount on the advertised rate for Platinum Suite
• 10% discount on the advertised rate for Gold Standard
• 6% discount on the advertised rate for Executive Standard

4  4. Advertising

5     EPJS will include information about Megalux hotel in all its advertising. For those advertisement, Megalux will pay 25% of the advertising cost. 

If there is no objection from you regarding those above points, we will send a draft of formal contract/agreement to be signed by both parties. We hope it could be signed next week and it will be valid until 2016.
