Someone who approachable is friendly and easy to talk to.
An encouraging person gives you confidence or hope.
Someone who is idealistic believes firmly in something which is good but probably impossible to achieve.
If you describe people as diffident, you mean that they don’t have much confidence in themselves.
Ruthless people are determined to get what they want and do not care if they hurt other people.
