persuade somebody to do something
I was tired but he talked me into going for a run.
Go ahead = proceed
with a plan
Go ahead and eat. Don’t wait for us.
Put (sbd) out = when
something is inconvenient for somebody.
I hope we didn’t put parents out by arriving so early for
lunch.
