Healthy diet

It is not healthy to eat too many hamburgers.

If you want to lose weight, eat very few carbohydrates and fat.

If you eat too much food, you will gain weight.

You should drink very little soda.

A little chocolate every day is good for you.

People should eat less rice or meat, and more vegetables.
