Should - course

I do a course once a week, every Saturday at UI.

I should do my homework.
I should study at home.
I should arrive at work in time. 
I should ask the supervisor when I don't understand something. 

I shoudn't be late.
I shouldn't talk in my first language in class.
I shouldn't sleep in class.
