I don't worry about my health a lot.
I just worry about my lipid because I have a tendency of high cholesterol.
I little bit worry about my parents' health because they have high tendency of glucose and also high blood pressure.
My parents have never had a heart attack.
I don't drink alcohol, but I drink coffee, but only one or two glasses of coffee a day.
I'm not trying to loose my weight at the moment. I just keep my current weight.
I don't do exercise everyday, but I do house work everyday. I
think doing house work is same with doing exercise. It burns my
calories.
I'm trying to get fit. I don't eat fried food a lot.
I eat red meat one a week.
I often eat vegetables, almost every day.
I also don't go to the gym a lot.
I never play tennis. I can't.
I go to the doctor for a medical check up once a year.
