Good communicators really listen to people and take
in into what is said.
They maintain eye contact and a relaxed body language, but …
They seldom interrupt or stop people talking.
If they don’t understand and want to clarify something,
they wait for suitable
opportunity.
When speaking, effective communicators are good at giving
information.
They do not confuse their listeners.
They make their points clearly.
They will avoid technical terms, abbreviation, or jargon.
If the do need to use unfamiliar terminology, they explain
by giving an easy- to- understand example.
Furthermore, although they may digress in order to
elaborate a point and give additional information and details where appropriate, they
will not ramble and lose sight of their main message.
Really effective communicators who have the ability to engage
with colleagues, employees, customers, and suppliers are valuable asset for any
business.

Good communicators are first of all people who have the
ability to listen attentively to their interlocutors.
They remained focused on what is said, maintain an
open attitude, and hardly ever interrupt their interlocutors.
To make sure they have understood correctly, they often
summarise the gist of what has been said, and if necessary, they will also ask
their interlocutors to clarify a point.
When speaking, they engage their listeners by using clear
and effective language. In the other word, by being eloquent.
They are also usually succinct because they know that
too many words can confuse
rather than enlighten.
And if occasionally they seem to digress, it is not
because they have lost
track of their topic, but rather because they want to explain something
through additional examples.
