Filler - Chp. 5

1. I don’t really like shopping at the weekend because it’s too crowded.
2. My boss is nice but, you know, I can’t really talk to him.
3. He didn’t do the washing up all week! I mean how lazy is that!
4. Do you know when I can talk to him?
5. We’re leaving on Sunday. Well, early Monday morning really.
6. If he’s well, we’re leaving on Sunday or Monday.
7. What does ‘washing up’ mean? I’ve forgotten!

I have been to IKEA about 8 or 9 times.
And you can't argue with the prices.
Everything's so cheap compared to other places.
But I am not a fan of the place, I must admit.
I love the things they sell.
It is a good quality and well designed and all that,
but I do not like shopping here.
I would prefer to have more personal service.
There is never anyone to help which I find kind of annoying.
And on a Saturday the queues they are enormous.
I have got no patient at all.
And I just stand there and get angry.
And putting the stuff together drives me crazy.
All that time standing in the queue and then you get home,
start putting it together and there are always bits missing - how frustating is that.
