Tips a Good Night sleep
She has some tips for us on getting a good night sleep.
Let's start with something easy.
Oh, generally that's a good idea.
What about drink, food, smoking, can't sleep, do exercise, sleep late at the weekend.
Stop smoking completely.
Try to have a light meal.
Don't forget ...
Don't drink coffee before bed.
Coffee and hot chocolate are similar, so...
Just don't do anything exciting.
Temperature: hot rooms are not good for health.
If possible, ...
Its better to get up at the same time everyday.
Your body likes a routine.
Is that a good idea or should I stay in bed?
I'm not sure your advise about that.
