We would like to inform you that Mandala is legally no longer in PKPU
process as of March 3, 2011 in accordance with 45-days deadline given by
Jakarta Pusat Commercial Court.

But we beg for your patience once again due to the persistence of court
rules which we must obey. We are in the process of finalizing the settlement
of all issues and obligations. We hope we will be able to inform you the
latest update in 2 (two) weeks.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and
understanding.
