I am writing to invite all of you to attend this year’s conference.
It will be held on 9-12 July 2014.
The purposes of the conference are:

To discuss how the company can improve its
products and services.
b. To
appreciate and thank to all managers for your hard work.
c.
To give managers the opportunity to get know
each other better.
The event will be held at Hotel X in Monte Carlo (Monaco). The location
of this hotel is on a hill overlooking city, 10 minutes to the Palace and
beach. It only takes 45 minutes from airport to this hotel.
The hotel has many meeting rooms with up-to-date equipment and well
equipped bedrooms. During the conference you can also enjoy your leisure time
to have spa and fitness center and also outdoor swimming pool. You can also
enjoy various menu from all over the world because this hotel has a big
restaurant which provides international cuisine.
You are expected to come to the venue one day before the opening day of
the ceremony. Check in time begins on 8 July 2014 at 1 p.m. Because there is no shuttle service from the
airport to the hotel, you can reach the hotel by taxi.
