Active Listening - BE 4 Unit 10 : Customer Service



Say nothing until you are sure that the speaker has finished.
Think about what you are going to say while the speaker is talking.
Look people directly in the eye at all times.
Be ware of the speaker’s body language.
Make some sympathetic noises such as: aha, mmm, I see, to show you are listening.
Repeat what the speaker has said in your own words.
Ask question if you do not understand.
Try to predict what the other person is going to say.
